B. John’s review of what we should be doing in our garden in June, and preparing for in July.
6. For your assistance in looking up information, I will continue to have the following reference books available each month for your use; A. California Master Gardener Handbook, University of California, B. Sunset Western Garden Book, and C. Ortho’s Home Gardener’s Problem Solver.
7. Is there any specific subject that you would like information on? If so, after the meeting you can look them up in one of the above 3 publications.
8. Pass out “May in Your Garden”-Tomorrow review the Table of Contents and as you review it, and make a note of each in the Table of Contents of things you would like to do or consider, for easy reference. Also, I would suggest you file these in a 3-ring binder for reference. When you have each of the months in your binder, you have what you should do for the entire year, even if you never receive another Month in your Garden. Also your notes in the Tables of Contents can remind you of things that you didn’t do last year.
Modifications Pending
I am making some modifications of this month’s June in Your Garden, and when it is passed to you, it will be incomplete. I will E-mail the revised version as soon as I am able to complete it. HWL
