About SIR's Walking:
. Walking is a very efficient strategy for lifelong good health. It can briskly boost the immune response and improve circulation. To get started, wear good thick cotton socks, walking shoes with a firm heel cup (for stability), a rocker sole (to enhance a smooth heel to allow motion), and plenty of room for the toes (so that they spread out as they push off). Check Consumer Reports for their Test Results on walking shoes. Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Make it fun and enjoy!
The following members below have listed walking as an activity on their membership application. Look over the list and find someone you would like to go walking with. Contact this person, or persons, and invite him to go walking with you. The Chairman is now seeking your needs and ideas. Please contact him at your earliest convenience.
