The Computer Services Chairman and his staff maintain and updates the Membership Records Data Base for Damian Reynolds Branch Number 1, and publishes the Membership Roster once a year. The Chairman maintains the personal records of Branch No. 1, such as names, addresses, etc., along with assigning badge numbers and keeping records that go into the Branch 1 Roster. It is therefore essential that members call to alert this committee of any changes in addresses, phone numbers, E-Mail, etc., in order to keep the records current.

The Webmaster who is also a member of the Computer Services is responsible for maintaining and updating the Damian Reynolds Branch No.1 Website, and is located on the internet at http://www.sir1.org. The Website contains detailed information about the Branch as well as details of the State Organization of Sons in Retirement, along with the Branch Bylaws, and the Rules and Regulations for Sons in Retirement.
