Nominating Committee

    The Nominating Committee arranges a slate of nominees who have agreed to become the officers and directors for Damian Reynolds Branch Number 1 for the next ensuing year. Each nominee must be willing to serve in the position that he is being nominated before he can be officially nominated.

    The Nominating Committee will announce who their slate of nominees are at the General Luncheon Meeting in July, after the nominations are open for these positions. Any further nominations can be made from the floor at any General Luncheon Meeting by any member, until the following November, when the nominations will be closed. The nominator should make sure that the nominee is willing to accept such a  nomination before making any nominations from the floor.
