Luncheon

    The Luncheon Director makes arrangements each month with the Catering Service that serves the meals for the General Luncheon Meeting at the San Mateo Elks Club, what the Luncheon Menu will be for that month, and the approximate number of members and guests that will be attending. If there are any special dietary requirements or preferences at any General Luncheon Meeting, those special alternatives can be arranged. The member must call the Luncheon Director at least two days before the meeting to make such arrangements.

    The Luncheon Director also checks to see that the dining room is set up properly along with special reservation signs for the designated tables. The Director also checks to see that arrangements are made for the head table, a table in the Elks Lodge meeting room for the Executive Board Meeting, as well as other special table arrangements that are required.
