The Meeting Host Director and his staff coordinates and facilitates the arrival and seating of members, visitors, and guests at the monthly General Luncheon Meetings. The members and guests are cordially greeted as they enter the door into the dining room and are assisted in any questions they might have. The staff also handles nonroutine events and make the members and guests feel at home.
The Meeting Host Director is also responsible of taking care of, and the storing of, badges, Table Reservations Cards, and The Store.
