LITTLE SIR

Little Sir: John Danenhower

The Little Sir is the second in command of the Damian Reynolds Branch Number 1 of Sons in Retirement. He is to assist the Big Sir in any and all of the operations of the branch. He is to take over the duties of the Big Sir at those times that the Big Sir is absence.

After the Big Sir has conducted all of the branch's business, the Little Sir takes over the running of the General Luncheon Meeting from the Big Sir in order to induct the new members. He will ask the new members, after they are assembled in front of him at the head table in the Dining Room, if they accept all the rules and regulations that have been related to them by the New Member Orientation Chairman at an earlier meeting. If the answer is yes, then the Little Sir will install them as new members. The Big Sir, with the assistance of the Membership Director, will then pin the new members with the emblem of Sons in retirement, The Golden Chanticleer.

After the short ceremonies of the induction of new members, the Little Sir will introduce the speaker of the day, giving a short background of the speaker's experience and achievements.
