Mission Statement: The SIRs Stamp Group is organized to promote for its members the enjoyment of philately through the sharing of knowledge and the exchange of stamps and stamp collecting materials.
The fourth meeting of the SIRs Stamp Group was convened February 19, 2007, 10:00am, at Starbuck’s due to President’s Day. Attendees were George, Gil, Dean, Bob, John, Garry, and Hank.
Activities:
Dean talked about the history of the Benjamin K. Miller collection, previously of the New York City Library, and showed the brochure.
A tour of the Western Philatelic Library was discussed. Gil will explore setting it up with the WPL and report to the Group.
It was agreed that the Stamp Group will trade stamps on a debit and credit basis. Gil will bring trade slips to the next meeting; Feb 19, 10:00am.

Plenty of parking in parking lot in rear.
